ACtually, this cannot be a scam.
As ALL of his characters would be perma banned if it was. And like the post above me says, if you have 65B on your char to buy this, then 5B is nothing... (as it counts towards the full amount if you win, and you get it back if you lose)

No, but any scams to do with Character Sales are actually against the rules.

No trust issues on my end, i know who you are, and i trust you.
I also know that you are a smart enough person not to get perma banned for attempting a foolish Character scam.
